Courses
English literature courses for NCEA, Cambridge International and IB.
The skills behind literary analysis and essay writing do not change when the exam board does. What changes is how each curriculum names them, assesses them and grades them. Wizardry teaches the shared theory once, then shapes the practice, the questions and the feedback to the course you are actually sitting.
What every course shares
Each course follows the same pathway: theory, practice, application and feedback. The theory stages build the method piece by piece, from what analysis is to full essay craft. Micropractice drills one skill at a time, one quotation at a time. Macropractice is where you plan and write full essays and close-analysis paragraphs and send them for marking. The Lab is a free workbench for annotating passages and gathering notes, and the Toolbox names every language technique and what it does to a reader.
AI-assisted feedback reads your work against Wizardry’s rubric and your course’s official criteria and shows what to improve next. It is a diagnostic aid, and your teacher’s judgement always governs.
